1. Custom and Personalized Items:
Due to the unique nature of custom and personalized items, we are unable to accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges for these products. Once an order is placed and the customization process has begun, we cannot make changes or cancel the order. It is important to carefully review all customization details before submitting your order.

2. Non-Customized Items:
For non-customized items, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund. Returned items must be in unused condition and returned in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible, providing detailed information and supporting photographs. We will assess the issue and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

5. Return Shipping:
When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.

6. Exceptions:
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
– Gift cards or digital products
– Items purchased through third-party retailers or websites

7. Changes to the Refund Policy:
We reserve the right to update or modify our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
